In Belarus, the anti-bribery standard "anti-bribery management systems. Requirements and guidelines for use". This was announced by first Deputy Chairman of Gosstandart Irina Osmola today during the round table "Standards as a factor of market competitiveness" in the BelTA press center.

"There is a standard of anti-bribery management system in the world. In other words, the international professional community has developed a standard for how to systematically deal with bribes today. We also adopted it, and it came into effect on October 1," Irina Osmola said.

According to her, this is a very progressive standard for how to build processes in an organization in order to minimize the risks associated with corruption and bribery. The need to develop such a document, in addition to the state standard, was supported by the Investigative Committee and the Prosecutor General's office. "We will see who will be the first to decide to implement such a standard," said Irina Osmola.

Belarus is currently developing The quality program for 2021-2025. It is planned to take into account as much as possible the plans for the development of new standards that the International organization for standardization and the European Committee for standardization have. "We will keep our finger on the pulse and develop everything that will contribute to the production of high - quality and competitive products," she concluded.
